Services: You
are exempt from paying any fees and charges.
- Refunds:
You can get a
refund of cash margins against the bank guarantee after obtaining
authorization from the Ministry of Labor
- Reductions:
It is
feasible to lower the amount due by simply obtaining electronic
approval from the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs.
- Encashment:
Complete or
partial payment of the amount warranted in the Letter of Guarantee is
permissible after obtaining authorization from the Ministry of Labor.
